Honestly… for years, I had no systems in my business.

I built my massage business on grit and obsession.

I did free massage demos at military bases, colleges, gyms and even a staples once (yeah the place you get your ink cartridges from), just trying to get clients anyway I could.

 

And with 10-12 hours a day, 8 days a week (I know what I wrote), I made it work... I was making lots of money and could finally pay my bills for the first time in my life. YESS!

I even got to work with some of the best athletes on the planet, like the 4x Worlds Strongest man, BIG Z, The second fittest Crossfit team in the world in 2017 and body building's, Miss Olympia 2013, Dana Linn Bailey.

Eventually I built a full team with massage therapists and acupuncturists. I was crushing it, right?

But after 8 years, the business failed because I couldn’t replicate what worked in the beginning... which was just complete hustle and grind. It just wasn't scalable.​

That’s when I realized:

Hustle, passion and determination can only get you so far. 

But, it's all I knew and I was beyond burnt out.

So, I won't lie, I gave up. I shut everything down and took clients out of my house and for awhile, I was doing okay... making just enough to survive. 

But then, even that started to fall apart...  

 

So, I had no choice but to figure this thing out.

 

I became obsessed with finding the answer to how to build a 10K month massage simply and easily. 

After a few months, I found a single system called the Cash Injection System (CIS). I learned it from some random guy (who I could never find again, so I cannot give him credit for this).

That same week I did exactly what he told me: 

I sent 2 emails (based on the CIS); to past clients…

And made $7,000 in 48 hours. MIND BLOWN!​​​​

 
Later I used the same principles to generate another $5,000 in a weekend. 

 

A few months later, I learned another system. It was called the Sales Event System.

I made $20,000 in a single month, using that one.

Look, most businesses fail. We all know that... But, I absolutely assure you that its not because of a lack of hard work. People who start businesses are usually the hardest working people on the planet.

 

MOST businesses fail simply, because they do not have proven systems in their businesses.

You do NOT need more certifications, lot's of followers, to work at more events or to rely on Groupon (which is one of the worst thing you can do) and you definitely do not (and should not) shake your thang, on Tiktok. (that's the worst thing you can do).

You need simple systems that consistently turn strangers into high paying clients.
